Many
of you will be wondering what a Dermatologist has to do with
Stress Management. Here is why!
Skin and Brain
develop from neuro-ectoderm and are interrelated with each
other. Physiological and pathological changes taking place in
one can affect the other and vice versa
Treatment of
many Skin diseases like Psoriasis, Lichen Planus,
Neurodermatitis, Urticaria, Pruritus etc etc are never
complete without managing the stress which might have induced,
maintained or aggravated the condition.
As a trained
hypnotherapist and a State Trainer of Indian Junior
Chamber(Jaycees), my special Interest has been Stress
Management
I have been
trained by Prof.Rooshi Kumar Pandya, who is a well Known
hypnotherapist and visiting professor in many Canadian and USA
Universities
As a Jaycees
Trainer and Dermatologist, I have conducted scores of Stress
management Classes for the Lay Public,Doctors,Professionals
and Patients and was always happy to see how well people
received my training programmes.
Now I would
like to share my experience with the global community through
the web.
